Utranazz Announce New Line of Screed & Mortar Products

At Utranazz, we are always looking to grow and expand our range of specialist equipment for the concrete and construction industry. Through our partnership with Turbosol, we are thrilled to announce that we are now able to offer an exclusive range of conventional and liquid screed and mortar machines, including mixing and pumping equipment to help you achieve the best results onsite. The T20X Spray Rendering Pump is a state-of-the-art plastering machine that can be used for mixing, pumping, spraying and injecting a variety of mortars for a wide range of applications. Just a few of its fantastic features include a worm pump, a 250L hopper, a low filling height and a closed-loop hydraulic circuit for mixing, pumping, spraying and injecting traditional and ready-mixed plasters, screeds and mortars.

Typical applications for this machine include: mortars; premixed mortars; insulating & fireproofing mortars; thixotropic mortars; and monocoat mortars. It can also be used in concrete repair and concrete restoration projects, micropiling and grouting, and can additionally be used in the production of self-levelling floor screeds.

Joining the T20X in our new Turbosol range is the Transmat 27.45, a pneumatic mixing and pumping machine which can be used to produce and deploy large volumes of screeds. With a diesel engine and a built-in compressor, the 4-cylinder engine automatically turns to idle speed at the end of each cycle to conserve fuel and reduce wear while maintaining smoothness during the pumping cycles. The output ranges from 200 – 220L per cycle, with an automatic 2-speed mixer shaft for delivery.

Applications for the Transmat 27.45 typically include: semi-dry floor screeds; admixtures in cement or water; insulating screeds; fine concrete; concrete with up to 30mm aggregate size; and any type of aggregate, such as sand, gravel, etc.

Last but definitely not least, we also have the Pro H CL Trailer-Mounted Liquid Screed Pump joining our ranks. Usually fed by a concrete batching plant or a truck mixer, the Pro H CL is ideal for conveying large volumes of mixtures up to 200L, including foam concrete, grouts, cementitious mortars, micro-concrete and self-levelling floor screeds based on anhydrite or cement.

Due to the special hydraulic circuit with a variable displacement pump, the machine is able to save up to one litre of fuel per hour. An electric vibrator on the sieve encourages a continuous feed of material into the hopper, preventing breaks in production and ensuring the utmost efficiency.
