The Mobile 100 is a fully mobile wet concrete batching plant from our Semix range of affordable plants. It is completely pre-assembled and is quick to commission on-site. Capable of batching 100m3 of wet concrete in an hour, it is ideal for suppliers of ready-mixed concrete and for large construction sites that require a fully homogenised mix.
The plant has a 2m3 Twin Shaft Mixer and 4 x 15m3 In-Line aggregate storage bins.
The Mobile 100 has two separate conveyor belts to enable faster batching. One belt is used to weigh the aggregates whilst the other belt simultaneously feeds the single-shaft mixer. This allows for precise measurement of raw materials and continual loading even whilst batching. The plant is completely pre-assembled including an integrated batch control cabin. It has been designed for quick and easy transport via coupling to the back of any tractor unit.
All components of the Mobile 100 can be managed via three different operating systems; 1. Desktop computer, 2. Manual control panel, 3. Android app. It uses the ProkserNET software system, which enables the user to monitor and control all aspects of the plant, including creating and storing formulas, batching reports and delivery notes. The software can even be integrated with accounting programs to enable auto-invoicing.
