Plant Fitter - Electrical Experience Req

Utranazz, Concrete Equipment Specialists, are looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Plant Fitter to join our friendly team. As a Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of machinery including concrete mixers, concrete pumps, concrete batching plants and other heavy construction plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and repairing faults on heavy plant machinery – both mechanical and electrical.
Conducting regular servicing and maintenance checks.
Carrying out inspections and testing to ensure equipment is safe to use.
Identifying spare parts as necessary.
Wiring control panels, reading electrical diagrams.
Maintaining, servicing and repairing general hydraulic systems and diesel engines.
Working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Plant Fitter.
Must have knowledge and experience of 12/24v and 3 phase electrical systems.
Knowledge of heavy plant machinery and their components.
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Comfortable using IT equipment.

Account Executive / Sales Support

An exciting position with Utranazz, Concrete Equipment Specialists - the UK's leading supplier of concrete equipment. The role encompasses several key aspects 1) Sales Support, 2) Account Management, 3) Service and Hire Desk support.

In this varied role you will have the opportunity to visit key clients and suppliers, participate in exhibitions, as well as general office and admin support.

Based at our new Bicester depot, the candidate must have a ‘can do’ attitude, be customer focussed and driven to meet targets – you will form a key link between sales and aftersales. Previous experience of working within a similar industry preferred. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Local candidates within 15-20 mile commute.

Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Utilise our CRM system to track and analyse sales data
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in similar role within the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and propose solutions
- Proficiency in using Sage CRM system or similar
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

LABOURER / YARD WORKER

Utranazz, Concrete Equipment Specialists, is looking for a General Labourer to join our friendly, busy team at our site in Piddington, Bicester. Required for immediate start. A varied role with opportunities to further skill set, manual labour both in our workshops and yard. Full PPE provided. Must be a team player but also able to work alone with own initiative. Local applicants preferred. Salary negotiable, from £12.21 per hour. Overtime possible.

Hours: 07:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.
